Perimeter fencing systems

Welded Mesh Panel Fence Systems

One product family covers most welded panel perimeter work: the 3D curved panel for residential and park boundaries, the framed panel for industrial sites, the twin-wire 8/6/8 panel for higher rigidity, the roll top BRC panel for decorative schemes, and the 358 anti-climb panel for high-security perimeters. All five share the same galvanized-and-coated steel construction, clamp fixing and palletized export packing, and are quoted together as one system: panels, posts, fixings and gates.

Also known as: Panel fence · Welded mesh fence · 3D fence · BRC fence · 2D fence · 358 fence · Euro fence

Panel System Variants

Five welded panel systems share the same galvanized steel construction, clamp fixing and export packing. Choose the panel that matches the site; heights and coatings are quoted per system on the same enquiry.

3D Welded Mesh Panel Fence

3D Welded Mesh Panel Fence

Lightweight bent-panel system for residential, parks and commercial boundaries.

Also known as: Euro fence · 3D fence · Curved wire fence · Bent panel fence

Horizontal bends pressed into each panel give the 3D fence its name. The bends add stiffness without extra wire, so a lighter panel can cover the same span. It is a common choice where appearance matters as much as strength.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which panel system should I choose?

Match the panel to the job: 3D or BRC roll top for appearance-led residential and park work, framed or double wire for industrial and logistics perimeters, and 358 where climbing or cutting resistance decides the specification. Heights and coatings are quoted per system on the same enquiry.

Do all five systems use the same posts and fixings?

They share the same galvanized SHS post range and clamp fixing method. Post section and wall thickness are selected from the fence height and wind exposure, and the 358 panel additionally uses a full-length flat bar with anti-tamper bolts.

What is the difference between double wire and 358 panels?

The double wire (8/6/8) panel uses two 8.0 mm horizontal wires for rigidity at a standard 50×200 mm aperture. The 358 panel uses a tight 76.2×12.7 mm aperture and heavier wire so it resists climbing and cutting; it is the choice for prisons, data centres and other high-security perimeters.
