Temporary pedestrian barrier

Crowd Control Barrier (Pedestrian Barrier)

The crowd control barrier is a rigid welded steel frame with vertical infill tubes and a flat safety foot. Barriers hook together in seconds to form a continuous line, then unhook and stack flat for transport. Heavy hot-dip galvanizing stands up to rental rotation and outdoor storage, which is why this is the standard barrier for events, roadworks and public-order duty worldwide.

›Size: 1,100×2,200 mm standard
›Frame: Ø32 / Ø38 / Ø42 mm tube, wall 1.5–2.0 mm

Frequently Asked Questions

How many barriers fit in a container?

A 20GP container typically takes 500–600 standard barriers stacked flat on pallets, depending on the frame tube size and feet type. We confirm the loading plan with the quotation.

Flat feet or bridge feet?

Flat safety feet are the international standard: they sit low, do not create a trip edge and are safe in crowds. Bridge feet span curbs and cables but stand higher, so they are used mainly at roadworks.

What is the difference between rental-grade and event-grade?

Rental-grade barriers use heavier tube and full hot-dip galvanizing after welding so they survive years of rotation. Event-grade may use lighter tube and pre-galvanized material where appearance and one-off use matter more than lifespan.
